The latest Roo update: she is even cuter than before (which you wouldn't even think would be possible!); she's got a great head of hair (thick and soft and long enough for little clips and bows); she is a sweet, smart, happy girl; she is crawling and clapping; and she appears to have inherited my chunky thighs. Luckily they look cute on her :o) No one thinks my fat rolls are cute anymore! (ha-ha)
She has the most amazing family. I love them more than I can say. Roo is so blessed to be their baby!
I think that's it for now :o)

She sounds like a doll. You are all so blessed. I am so thankful to have an open adoption as well. So blessed are we all!
No one loves my chunky thighs either. I love that she has enough hair for bows and clips. I think that is a must for little girls and it saddens me when their hair takes a while to grow in.
Roo is mobile! I love when babies clap - for anything. It's so cute.
So sweet! It makes me so happy to you so happy because she's so happy! :D
You are amazing-you know it's a good blog when I have tears in my eyes. And I am not a crier, darn you! I can't imagine anything more selfless than what you have done, and I ache and am happy for you all at the same time.

Charlie is the most amazing piece of my life to date and I want to share that. I find lots of commonality in your blog and I LOVE the "how to irritate a Birth Mother" section!! You are amazing! Thank you for sharing your story, it gives me strength!!! By the way Roo is simply perfect!! Good Luck! Much love!
